Alreet???

We have reached Kuala Lumpur, capital of Malaysia (i know you already knew that). Was a job getting here mind, after a good ferry journey we thought it might have been easier, but we spent the first two hours of the bus driving round picking people up, more heading towards Thailand than south Malaysia.

Anyway, we got here and foud a canny hotel in the Golden Triangle and headed out for dinner at Nandos which was well nice. After we headed for a wander about and ended up walking all the way to the Twin Petronas Towers, bloody massive like. There are a good stretch of bars on the street leading up to them so we just sat there and got hammered, it was a cracking view. We were having a great time until we realised the price of the beers like, but we never let it stop us from getting a bit drunk.

Next day we had a full scale Culture Vulture day planned, well a bit of a one. After being told the Skybridge visit tickets were sold out we decided to head to The KL Tower, which is higher than the twin towers. We actually didn't do the cheap option here, for a bit more dosh we decided to have 'HI TEA' in the revolving restaurant at the top as opposed to going just to the Observation deck with the Tramps. The view from the top was very good like, very high as well like but was well worth paying a bit more to go to a revolving restauraunt, a first for me. On the way back we got caught in a thunder storm, at it hoyed it down for a good three hours, never seen rain like that before. We headed for the Hard Rock cafe that night and ended up pritty hammered, as it was our Second last night of just the two of us we had a bit of a look back throught the photos and stuff and the Booze flowed well with that.

We were Leaving for Singapore the next day so we got up early and got our SkyBridge tickets. We got the lift to the 41st floor and had a wander across, it weren't obviously as high as the KL Tower but it was still weird being on a bridge at that height. Was an amazing view though!

We left for Singapore that afternoon like, but we were pritty dissapointed to go as Kuala Lumpur has been one of the best places of the whole trip so far we have loved the place.

P.S. We have finally reached the exspensive parts of our trip, but 4 Pound pints haven't stopped us, Im worried.
