My word, travelling has changed a lot since I was out there with a backpack! Of course the scary taxis, dodgy tummies, interesting locals and fascinating sights remain largely similar, but back then we just disappeared off the radar (as far as family/friends were concerned) for months on end. Now, however I can read and view what you have been up to not long after you do it -it's great. Love the photos, and giggled at the commentry. Nice one! Oh, and I've just realised I'll have to give you a super dooper good stay here so that your write up of your NZ experience is a flattering one. EEK! No pressure then.....
