Wow Nikki!  I've only just opened up your website (hadn't got round to doing it earlier) and am gobsmacked that you're packing up work - but good on you! Hope you have a fab time and I'll be watching your progress on here.  And bizarrely I have a friend who has just gone out to work in Campinas in Brazil for two years - I have to send her regular packs of tea as she can't get the real English stuff out there.
