I have sent enough emails so this will make me keep the message short - Just to let you know I have caught up with your latest blog in Peru before Dad and I go off to Italy.  Our holiday will seem very uneventful and boring compared to yours.  However I am sure we will enjoy it, relaxing with a bit of walking and sightseeing.  Glad to hear you are still mad enough to try everything on offer, continue to enjoy.  Everything sounds such an experience.  Hope the altitude sickness doesn't last!

Hello Nikki ... You have a lot of great messages from your friends  already appearing here. I am off in two weeks to do what seems to be the reverse of your trip. I am beginning in Alsaka and will be in Rio by Feb. 2008 for Carnival.  I did not do the Pan American route when I was in my 20's. I am doing it now while retired with a group in an all terrain vehicle, camping and doing off road exploring.

Dear Nikki

So glad that you are enjoying it!  What an experience!  Some of the sights look beautiful, especially the mountains!  Sarah is back in the office today and she had a lovely time.  I survived here for 2 1/2 weeks without her!  It is going well and I'm well into it now.  I'm off on my holiday to Lanzarote on Thursday, which I am really looking forward to!  New lady starts next week, so look forward to meeting her!
