Hi All, Well I am now in Hanoi which is north Vietnam and despite the floods that killed many people few weeks ago things here seem normal. The motorbike scooters are crazy the roads are full of em and you just cant get across without bikes coming at you in all directions. Guess I will have to master the roads I did it in India and they were worse so here should be a doddle. Well I have not explored Vietnam much as I only got here yesterday so I will go exploring today and see what it as to offer. I miss Bangkok already and wanna be back there with Orlando but this trip as to run its course. I dreamt last night that I was back in England seeing you all again made me feel so good. But guess its the same old s*** there just diff day. I am getting tired of travelling and its not as exciting as it was in the begining guess it just gets lonely seeing all these places with no one to share it with. Cant wait for Xmas in South Thailand when Orlando will come and meet me also meeting Gary from home and maybe fingers crossed even Mell might make it Yessssss ! Well I dont know what else to tell you oh its cold here in Vietnam so no chance of a sun tan I might even need to buy a jumper today to keep warm. Oh the money here is madness 25,000 Dong = 1pound so its like I am a milloinare but it takes some working out in the shops when a bottle of water for instance is 8000 and a room at the hotel is 90,000. I have now ditched my big back pack I left UK with and invested in a smaller lighter one its great now only weighing 13kg instead of the old one at 20+kg I should of changed it ages ago as my back as suffered lol. Hotel is great though so I will hang out here there is a great swimming pool also in hotel. They make cloths here its there speciality many many tailors all saying same same but different. Ive been measured for a Vietnamese suit today it will be ready tommorow not bad for 10 quid also having a pair of shoes made for less than a tenner. Its great bartering with them I didn't intend to buy anything but when you bartar so much you kind of feel like you should buy something from them. Girls you would love it here as they make anything and its very cheap and they will copy any design they even have the NEXT Directory here you just choose the design and they copy it .
