Hi Nic,
thank you for your nice postcard. I told to my kids: this is Nic, the girl I hosted this summer, when you were in Germany. She is the one walking from UK to Istanbul!
They said: "cool" and hang it at the entrance of our flat.
Ciao from bergamo (Italy)

Hey Nic! Saw your Mum at our annual get together and heard all about your adventures. Its a nice way to hear about your endeavours whilst holding a pint in my right hand. Truly impressed and admire you for going out there and doing something you want to do. I really liked your blog as well as reading all about everything you are experiencing. I feel a book should be on its way soon. Really inspiring and well done to you. x

Dear Raz,
it's really funny, we just found your blog as we were seekıng people who walk from France to İstanbul. İn fact we have almost done the same trıp as you on foot and we arrived a few days ago in İstanbul. We red your blog (which is really rich and interesting) and really have the feelıng that we share a lot of things and also had some quasi-similar experiences. you can have a look at our blog (it is in french but you seem to understand it) : www.camarche93.blogspot.com
We stay in İstanbul untıl mıd-january, we would be very happy to meet you.
All the best
Tasha

Heelo Raz ;-)
A très bientôt !
Pichu

It all looks amazing!! Absolutely baitueful. One of my culinary goals for 2011 is to make sushi at home! (The other big one is to make homemade tamales!). And, uh, the year is half over, right? Crap. Better get on that. ~
