A swift 10 day trip in Russia was a real eye opener. Lack of Russian customer service or smiles, poor organisation, unexpectedly cold and wet weather, poor cycle route and some poor accommodation. Well I'm back home now after completing 3 weeks on the turtle project on the pacific coast of Costa Rica, several dives further up the pacific coast and then exploring the Monteverde and Arenal areas, before returning to the capital to fly home.
