Just read the latest Nick Long travelogue and it sounds like you're all coping with the travel, shifting timezones, early starts, spectacular scenery, eating cheaply....and, tickets for musicals??? Glad to see that the Aussie culture is rubbing off on you all! So pleased that you're able to make the most of the OzBus and the surf-school this week sounds promising. Only one report of a shark attack in today's Times. It was hidden amongst reports of record temperatures in the UK (27.5 at the weekend!) and the aftermath of the Premiership games on Sunday which you have no doubt caught up on! Villa didn't want European football anyway, there IS always the Intertoto Cup. Happy Birthday for last week, Ben, and Happy Birthday for Monday, Tom! You sound as if you're having a really great time now. Can we have some more pics with you lot in them please. By the way, Ben's beard is coming on well!! Just a thought, but rather than coming home early if the money runs out, what about fruit picking to earn some cash - it'll be Autumn so there should be plenty about. Keep up the good work with the blogs. They're huge fun and make great reading when I'm sat at my boring desk doing my boring job wishing I was in Oz or somewhere else sunny and warm. Bloody cold here - summer's never gonna start.
