The past 7 months of my life have been absolutely crazy and being home I wanted to put up a short final blog to reflect on my time away.

Travelling to me is a lot like moving out or going to university - it forces you to gain a little independence. Or well, a lot of independence... Washing my own clothes?! Pfft, how I hated getting used to that! But other than that it takes you to places you'd never imagine and opens your mind to the possibilities out there. For instance, I could never imagine myself jumping out of an aeroplane at 15,000ft or riding an elephant through the jungle. But those are memories that will be with me forever.

And so here I am, back at home, after what can only be described as the best 220 days of my life. Travelling the world has always been an ambition of mine and I'm so happy it became a reality. Not only has it opened my eyes to new things, it has made me meet hundreds of new people from all over the world who have been a pleasure to share my experiences with. I hope whoever has read these blogs has enjoyed them, it's been more than a pleasure writing them.
