Hello All!

I guess this is a lesson learned in the art of blog editing, lol! I wrote the cruise blog as a word doc and then just copied & pasted .... though I just noticed that when I posted it a lot of the blog was missing!! So I re-posted the cruise blog just now...sorry about that!!

Well we are getting set to leave for Australia....I am working my last midnight shift, and then just one day shift left to go!! We leave for Portland on the 15th, and our flight is at 6am on the 16th!! Nick's parents have kindly offered to drive us to Portland! Our flights are: Portland to New York - to Dubai, UAE - to Perth, AUS....35 HOURS total!! I am planning to sleep (hopefully) so it doesn't seem quite so long, and be rested to celebrate our arrival at 1am lol (AUS time) !! Perth, AUS is 12 hours ahead of us here.

We just returned yesterday from visiting my family in Mt. P :) My mom made huge family turkey dinner with all the fixings...even had chocolate cake and homemade ice cream to celebrate my Grammie's birthday!

I had to say goodbye (which I am never want to) to everyone....and to my Subie!! (I will miss her too...though she is back in her glory...next to Grammie's new Subie in the garage!!)
