We arrived at Cancun in the darkness and after grabbing a McDonalds we headed to our hotel which we had booked for free through our Agoda points. We were pleasantly surprised with our hotel, modern, luxurious and had everything the traveller needs!

Both of us had a good nights sleep especially as the bed was literally 10ft wide! We then checked our bags for any creepy crawlies and both of us were esastic to find NONE! Thank god as the last thing we wanted was to give Sarah and Rey a bedbug infestation and then Helen's parents!

We went to a very Americanised shopping mall and spent the day there before our evening flight to LAX.

Today also marked our 4 week countdown before heading home!
