Arriving into George W Bush INTERCONTINENTAL airport (I kid you not!!), Houston Texas was like getting reverse culture shock. We went from 6 months in South America with hardly any shops and very few English speakers to being surrounded by shops and diners with anything your heart could desire and not having to think about what we were about to say in Spanish because everyone speaks English. I was ridiculously excited and could hardly contain myself over food from an American diner, English magazines and of course the shops! Can you imagine how bad I´m gonna be when I get home . Gareth of course got very excited over a triple shot latte from Starbucks, somethings never change.
