How good are sharks. Me and devlin have just finished our 5 day trip out with great white sharks, absolutely amazing. I keep looking at my photos and can't beleave we did it. We were so lucky because we had rodney fox on our trip (pretty famouse bloke in shark circles), he's a great bloke and tells some good near death stories. it all started with the car breaking down and us being stuck in adalade for ages, we decided to go to a place called glenelg to see the "rodney fox shark exebition" (he's a bloke who nearly got bitten in half by a great white). It was a pretty good day out and we noticed that you could go out diving with great whites. ?we didn't think we'd do it but no harm in looking hey? we'll a few days later there we were in a cage face to face with the white pointer (or great white), it was just an amazing trip. We had shark for two days out of the 5 becuse a fisihgn boat turned up and dumped all their rubbish (fish heads etc into the water), this meant the sharks were stuffed and so b*****ed off. the first day me and devlin were really lucky and had some pretty good experiences, with sharks banking into the cage and all sorts (they are bout 4 meteres long and mean). we also saw dolphins, got sniffed by sealions on the neptune islands and all sorts. the general concencus on the boat was that nic had the best experience withthe sharks, she was all alone in the cage (in fact i think that they may have forgotten about her) and a shark basically attacked the cage, it looked pretty amazing on the surface (splashing water from on end of the boat to the other) so i can imagine what it was like in the cage. all in all a really great experience. off to airs rock soon (or uluru if you want to be posh). have a gooden matt
