Happy New Year everyone.

We had a good night here, went to party at Liam Finn's ( Neil Finn's (Crowded House) son)! A bit sleepy today just lazing by the Bramley pool.

Went to see Uncle tom and Margaret yesterday afternoon and had a lovely lunch. They told us all about them being in Nz and how they got here- 7 weeks and 3 days on a boat! I will hopefully meet the two sons that live here, one in Mount and the other in Christchurch.

Will be starting my travels of the north island in a few days and then come back to go on holiday with Bramleys to Mangawhai for a week. So far i have been to all the good view point of Auckland and to a beautiful beach,Piha. Its a black sanded beach, so it burns your feet. It has this amazing lagoon that you can swim in and watch the waves crash over the rocks. Unreal, best beach so far on my travels. Will put up the photos later on, have to get ready for a BBQ now.
