New Zealand, Duke Of Ed 2017
Today was our fourth day on our epic NZ trip for DOE silver 2017. Our one and only activity for today was the challenging ride along old coach road. The ride was 30km long and descended 170m overall. It consisted of both uphill and downhill sections through farmland and native forest. The track led us across a 150 year old viaduct and past an old train tunnel. It was a ridiculously surreal experience & also very much a resilience building day as the weather conditions were quite challenging at times. So excited for skiing tomorrow!!

One does not simply write a blog post in Middle Earth without writing about the FOOD.
Just admit it, you've all been waiting for some fair dinkum food reviews.
