Had an early breakfast on the plane before arriving at Singapore by 07.15 some13 hours after leaving Heathrow! Already 28 degrees. Met by courier for the journey to Swissotel Merchant Court Hotel which turned out to be ideally situated in the centre of the city by the Singapore River. Taxi picked us up at 05.30 as arranged and we were checked in at Heathrow Terminal 2 by 08.00. So different from Birmingham or Bristol, so much space! A quick breakfast and then boarding all without a hitch. We watched two in flight films Ted 2 and Mission Impossible Rogue Nation. It was then time for dinner by which time it was going dark and we attempted to get some sleep, we only managed a couple of hours at the most.

Visitors gone and cases packed ready for an early start tomorrow.
