Left Paris today picking up a Citron and heading off to the South of France stopping overnight in Lyon. Have you ever had to drive on the right hand side of the road? It's fine when your following the freeway and following the line of traffic ahead but a different story when traveling on country roads and negotiating tricky turns and one way streets. A complete nightmare!! Although we only once nearly lost our lives (around a hairbend turn) ending up in a grass paddock on the opposite side of the road. Close shave, just as well I have a rally car driver as a husband, lol.
All in all we are fine as is our little diesel powered Citron.

The countryside is green and lush, and there are a few gems we discovered along the way such as the quaint town of Auxerre and next time in France?? I would like to explore Lyon further.

Off to meet Stephanie in Nice!!! :) and the weather has turned quite warm.
