French Fancies.....!!!

Just two weeks after touching down on home ground after two months of globe-trotting it was time to set off again on a road trip enroute to the Alps!!

A few days on the road, stopping to sample the French Fancies along the way!!! Traditional towns, markets, lakes, ice-cream and Catherdrals. Then the dizzying drive along sheer drops took us to the resort of Les Arcs.

Great pistes...(plenty of blacks runs... perfect!!!), lots of snow, fab Apres-Ski, themed nights, good company, charming staff and all you can eat, all you can drink - what more could anyone want.....?!!

All inclusive def plays havoc on the waistline tho!! All the food was amazing... and sooo much choice - too hard to resist....!!! So, every day after massive breakfasts, the morning out on the slopes it was back for a tasty lunches - starter, main course and dessert (and with so much choice it was hard to chose just one so.... one of each it is then.... good things come in threes it seems!!!)

After an afternoon on the slopes it was back for themed nights of great food and drink and fab shows and dance. Of course dinner was - starter, main course... and then: Hmmm, dessert?? Always....!! Of course, again so tempting - think il try one of each!! Washed down with cocktails, wine and beer. After all that, all day, every day - I'd be the size of a house so, I def needed the aftershow dancing, clubbing the night away and the afternoon leg, bum and tum fitness classes. (Ooooh, those abs crunches - you can def feel the burn. Were they worth it tho jut for one more dessert?? Well, what do you think.......?!!! xx
