Went to my first American football game today. First we went tailgating (which is pretty much having a drink and having a street party but in a parking lot) was a lot of fun! We were interviewed on TV as we had travelled so far to be at the game! We then went to the university of Texas stadium which was huge! It holds 100,000 people! Madness!! We watched the Texas Longhorns v Oklahoma cowboys! We bought t shirts to support Texas but we aren't a good omen as they lost by 3 points in the last few seconds! Gutting! The heat was crazy about 100 with no shade! Had my factor 50 on! We then stopped at a shop and I bought myself my first keepsake - a Stetson hat!! It's fab!! Then went out to watch live music in the evening and a buck in brocho bar! Great night out! Love Austin!!!
