Originating in the Lowcountry, our adventure really began on June 17th when Ellis and I left Charleston, SC astride our BMW motos headed for parts West. Honestly, I was a little too exhausted from adjusting to life clinging to the back of a metal bug to blog properly, so events and photos are still forthcoming for that part of the trip.
