So it’s the night before we leave for our big adventure. How does that feel? A mixture of childish excitement (you remember the night before Christmas, right?); scared stiff and just plain curious. Things I’m looking forward to include of course meeting up with Jane and Jon on their home turf in Perth, imagining Jane going out there when she was just ?20? and her life never being the same again. I’m looking forward to spending time on holiday, doing exciting things, seeing nature in all its glory and learning to be me again. It’s the first step into the unknown. For as long as I can remember I’ve done that one day at a time thing, go to work, clean the house, run around and not ask too many questions of life.
