Last night we ate at an authentic Cantonese restaurant. Instead of ordering food at the table, we walked through a cover area similar to a fish market and pointed out everything we would eat. Everything was tested great, except maybe the fried tofu. I especially love this sweet potato that was toasted.

It's been a few days since I write something. Once I got to the Homebon plant on Thursday afternoon I was anxious to get started on the new products. They gave me a list of species a textures that they wanted to develop colors for and it totaled around 30 new products. This is pretty amazing. Left the hotel at 7am, got to the airport at 7:20, bought a ticket, went through security, and sitting down for breakfast near my gate at 7:40! Gotta admire the efficiency. Well I'll be in Guangzhou for a few days, working at Homebon. Looking forward to seeing my friends and to the challenges ahead.

Spent another night back at the first hotel. Attached is a picture of the garden area, which I thought looked pretty. I really needed some sleep tonight, but someone called me at like 3am so I'm still kind of tired. Headed now to the Hong Qiao airport.
