Relaxing morning, long lie to catchup on sleep. Walked twice around Hoam Kiem lake, lots of people around - dancing, exercising, playing chess, badminton,lots of brides posing for photos - apparently this is wedding season! Drive to Ninh Binh, visited temples at Hoa Lu. Hotel is wonderful, set in the countryside surrounded by paddy fields; room is huge with an outdoor shower!
