Great excitement today, we’re picking up a hire car! After breakfast we walked up to the car hire office a short distance away and picked up a Mitsubishi ASX, not bad really but it’s silver!

After many a wrong road and turn following the downloaded Google map on Mike’s phone, we were soon on our way to Noosa. A place that’s about two hours drive away, on the coast.

The resort that we’re staying on for the next three nights is very nice complete with pool. The apartment is also very nice, lots of space and a very useful washing machine!

Our first thought was food especially as we’ve got a kitchen! So a trip to Woolworths was on the thing to do!

Suitably stocked, we then went for a walk to the nearby waters edge. People were fishing and picnicking, it all looked great!
