Hey guys Since we last left a message we have been all over the place, most of which did not have any access to running water let alone computers!! We left Hervey Bay and headed for Fraser Island last week where we hired a 4x4 and ragged that about for 3 days. By the end of it I think all of us were sufficiently battered and bruised but it was v good fun on the off road tracks and the beaches. The Island was beautiful with the most unbelievable Beach and stunning lakes with crystal clear water and sandy banks to sunbathe on. We were camping under the stars for the two nights that we were there for playing copius drinking games and seeing a few of the local dingos (b******s), as well as having excellent bbq food. After that we bussed up to Bargara which is a two horse town in the middle of nowhere but we had a brilliant couple of days there playing free tennis and snorkelling on the reef. The fish are incredible and the reef itself is just like someone has painted the bottom of the ocean and is trynig to pass it off as being real. Then we went to Dingo-a cattle ranch in the middle of the bush where the nearest neighbours are 20km away. We had a brilliant night with the cowboys and all the other backpackers as we did some line-dancing and tug of war etc..The next day we had a tour of the ranch and some crazy arse cowboy shot all of our clothes with a shotgun (looks very stylish)?? Also tried a bit of whipping but none of us got the hang of it although PB is now a professional Didgeridoo-er. Heading to Whitsunday Islands now so there should be some quality photos on soon (still having issues with Oz computers but there'll be a complete update asap) Laters
