Hello all,

Been down by Lake Baikal for the last 3 nights but now back in civilisation so can make another quick post.

Everything has been perfect so far - met some great people, seen some amazing sights. I even swam in Lake Baikal - although Linz wasn't brave enough for that. All my practice in sub-zero Shetland paying off I guess.

Anyway, since last we blogged we've also been in Moscow - met up with a Moscovite couple on the train from Riga and they gave us a huge tour of the city which was awesome. Did the obligatory Red Square type stuff too which was all very exciting.

We're now in deepest, darkest Siberia, Irkutsk in fact - last couple of hours before training off to Mongolia which we are really looking forward to. Although apparently it's super cold there at the moment so the decision to pack 3 pairs of shorts and 1 pair of jeans is looking a little iffy now. Oh well.
