Baran Lahmacun . Lahmacun or Lahmadjo (on the ight) is a Middle Eastern flatbread topped with minced meat, minced vegetables, and herbs including onions, garlic, tomatoes, red peppers, and parsley, flavored with spices such as chili pepper and paprika, then baked. Pide (in the center of the table), is a savory dish of Turkish Black Sea origin consisting of a usually rounded, flattened base of leavened wheat-based dough topped with tomatoes, cheese, and often various other ingredients, which is then baked at a high temperature, traditionally in a wood-fired oven.
