Hamam Bay
Mastic tree is -native to the Mediterranean Basin. It grows in the forest area or just near the seaside It bears very small and round fruits. Mastic is a resin from the Pistacia lentiscus, in old times it was used to flavor traditional chewing gum used in traditional and gourmet cooking or even in cheese-making. In Turkey it is the key ingredient in “dondurma” (Turkish ice cream) and Turkish puddings
