Holyland Tunnel's opening points to the holy land.By the end of 1783 thel construction length of the tunnels was roughly nine hundred and eight feet ( two hundred and seventy-seven metres). It felt a lot long when we walked here. This ledge was inaccessible till another tunnel was completed a few years after the Great Siege.t it was unlikely that guns were ever positioned here during that time. A Fire Commander's post was built here in 1908/09. During the Second World War some guns were position here
