Vitoria Gasteiz Museo de Bellas Artes de Álava
The museum which opened in 1942 is dedicated to Spanish art from the 18th to the 20th century and to the Basque art from the period 1850-1950. The museum is in the Augustin Zulueta Palace, Built in 1912 as a private house, it is representative of the style and tastes of the most influential families in the city at that time., Just down the street on the opposite is another museum in a beautiful mansion which I did not visit, Museo de Armeria about how the production of weapons developed in the Basque country
