Aeskleipieion (2nd c BCE) Therapeutic and religious center dedicated to the Greek God of Medicine Aesklepios. The sanctuary included a complete religious area with a building dedicated to healing the sick. The statue of Asklepios was discovered in 1909 inside a large cistern in front of the temple.
