Ferran Adrià won the Chefs’ Choice Award in 2005 Ferran Adrià won the Chef of the Decade Award in 2010. Along with his brother Albert, the pastry chef, Adrià became a legend of the cooking world, his rise to fame coinciding with Spain’s gradual recognition as a global gastronomic force to rival France.
