Cordoba
Opposite the Cordoba Town Hall is the imposing church of San Pablo. Built between the 13th and 14th centuries, it has undergone significant renovations in the 18th century. The exterior façade opens onto Calle Capitulares with a doorway of lively Solomonic columns .The Solomonic column, also called barley-sugar column, is a helical column, characterized by a spiraling twisting shaft like a corkscrew.
