Cordoba
Synagogue of Cordoba the main hall, decorated with Mudejar-style carvings. The Mudejars were highly skilled craftsmen who created an extremely successful mixture of Arabic and Spanish artistic elements.created in the 12th to 16th centuries by the Muslims who remained in Christian Spain. The synagogue built before the Spanish inquisition had Muslim craftsmen and workers assist in its construction.
