Pamplona
Walk along Ronda del Obispo Barbazán, cobbled walk along back wall of the city and back of the cathedral. Small stone statue over the door of Santa Maria de la Real commemorating her 1946 coronation when a a Pope has officially issued a Papal bull of canonical coronation. The actual image is in the cathedral which was not open. The image of Santa María la Real de Pamplona , is a Romanesque carving of polychrome wood of the twelfth century and covered in silver in the XIV , which represents the Virgin Mary , with later additions such as the throne and the child Jesus .It dates from the twelfth century
