With the labyrinthine maze of streets previously noted, there was only one one-way street the bus could use to get us out of the city. Alas, we encountered this sort of dumpster parked in the street receiving debris through the window from the adjacent building being renovated. Initially, the workers refused to do anything and insisted the bus could pass by which was an absolute impossibility. Juanito, our driver, got a policeman (the tall man standing in the street beyond the dumpster). All he did was speak to the man next to him (the building owner) to be sure he had the proper permits for the construction and then left.
