This "Social cultural" project was started in 2005 and has engaged most of the island's residents with theater, music, dance, visual arts, and literature. The project promotes a clean environment and recycling, no smoking, reduction of teen pregnancy. People int he project make these little dolls out of recycled materials (such as deodorant containers) and distribute them to the island's visitors and ask they be taken home and photographed around the world in prominent places.
