Zakopane - The Church of Our Lady of Czestochowa
This wooden church was built in 1847. Built by the owner of the Zakopane goods Klementina Homolacsowa, the church was originally dedicated to St. Clement. Since 1930, the patroness has been Our Lady of Czestochowa. The Black Madonna of Częstochowa, also known as Our Lady of Częstochowa, is a revered icon of the Virgin Mary housed at the Jasna Góra Monastery in Częstochowa, Poland.
