We were advised to go in the evening, best chancee of seeing puffins. This picture is from about 9 PM. To get to this site where the cliffs begin, one must climb up many stairs and a path. I went alone; there were a few other people going up and mostly down. What this picture cannot show is that the wind was near hurricane force by the time I got to the top. It was very scary and I dared not go too close to the edge even where there were guard rails. I was able to take a few pictures and then carefully make my way down. We later spoike to peopl who were there that evening and the next morning (with perfeect weather) maybe 2 puttins Iif one walked some distanc along the cliff top.
