Dinner at Hotel Aldan - one of the best dinners of the trip. Lamb rib-eye marinated in garlic and herbs, rutabaga gnocchi, roasted red cabbage, whey jus. Our server/sommelier was from the Azores, told us about its wne industry, and selected the Spanish Montecito Rioja Crianza to accompany the lamb.
