The Bengal tiger is the most numerous tiger subspecies in Asia. Since 2008, it is listed as Endangered on the IUCN Red List and is threatened by poaching, loss and fragmentation of habitat. This Tiger Reserve has 62 tigers and we were fortunate enough to see this tiger in the wild, taking a nap.
