The baker joined me to explain how he made each of the breads. I was sitting and he was standing across the table from me. I asked him to sit down - he told me I was the first person that had invited him to sit. We had a long chat about his journey to where he is now starting with child abuse, alocholism, becoming a chocolatier, getting into a signifcant relationship and becoming a father, and finding Christianity.
