Le Jardin des Delices Restaurant
menu is centered around a weekly menu created by the Cambodian chef, PROM Mear Yeat, who was trained in France at LeNôtre’s school and in Paul Bocuse Institute. Students in the restaurant service program as in the culinary arts program pratice the skills they have learned from their teachers.All income is entirely reversed into the NGO and contributes to the self financing of the Ecole Paul Dubrule educational project.
