Aljaferia Palace
Coat of Arms of Ferdinand the Great and Queen Isabella. The two sections with the castles and lions represent Coat of arms of Castilla y León (Isabella I) and the other two sections represent Coat of arms of Aragon and Sicily (Ferdinand). It was arranged that the combined arms would carry both with equal rights, so that they would belong jointly both to the king and the queen and would not have differentiated personal weapons, this fact is why they are unique
