Welcome drink - the first of many pisco sours, Chile's national drink - Chilean pisco, lemon juice, powdered sugar. There is a rivalry between Peru (where I first had pisco sours in 1980) and Chile ove the origin of the cocktail. Peru seems to have a strongerr claim, but Chile produces 3 times as much. The Peruvian pisco sour contains pisco with added freshly squeezed lemon juice, simple syrup, ice, egg white, and Angostura bitters.
