Alexandria
Catacombs of Kom El-Shoqafa Hall of Caracalla, a mistaken name. Caracalla formally known as Marcus Aurelius Antoninus, was Roman emperor from 198 to 217. Caracalla massacred some people in Alexandria according to many credible sources. When this tomb was found there were many bones, thought to be those of the slaughtered people. The correct name is Hall of the Goddess Nemes, the goddess of horses and races. In reality, the bones found were horse bones, probably of those that won the races
