Hello!

I am taking advantage of the fact i was given more internet minutes than I asked for by writing a blog! Yesterday we moved out of the Taylor's to Wake Up a hostel in the city centre right by china town and the station. It was sad to leave my family (it made me miss everyone at home lots too) and the luxurious flat and having dinner cooked for us. I even had my own double bed! Instead we are now in a 8 bed room on the africa floor. Yesterday was molly's birthday so after moving homes we went out to darling harbour for lunch (food courts are our new passion) and then did some shopping (no buying). For dinner we decided to go up the sydney sky tower for a buffet to celebrate (thankyou Liz!!) and it was brilliant as the restaurant was revolving and they had every kind of yummy food. I ate a lot of oysters and we all ate so much we really couldn't move. We finished off the night in the hostel bar which was more like a club with a band who were pretty good playing covers. We also bumped in to our waiter from our meal which was funny. Sydney is a fun place and today we went to Paddys market and collected our Thai Visa's. They were free because of what is happening over there so if i don't go at least i have a pretty sticker in my passport and no dollars lost!

we are staying until saturday when we will be off to stay the night in newcastle with molly's uncle before going to byron bay, we hope it will be hotter there.
