One week away from our next escape. This time to NYC. Melia and I will go on our first train trip. Nothing much planned other than seeing Wicked (yea); just walking and exploring. Can't wait.

Packed, rethought, repacked. We are now ready. Leaving today for dinner with Cincinnati relatives. Even Melia is concerned about how we sleep Mon thru Tues. But, we are ready. We are EXCITED.

St. Augustine. Years ago.

We thought we would begin this journal with a picture from the past. This picture is just a sample of the fun we have together. The countdown has begun. In 14 days we will load our lightly :) packed bags into our vehicle and travel to Cincinnati to await our flight the following day. We will visit with family on the afternoon in Cincinnati. How will we pack Melia's cosmetics into a single suitcase that will weigh less than 50 pounds? And, what about Mary'...
