Well then, we have started our journey leaving home at 9.30 this morning to spend a couple of days with Chris & Rowena in Wimbledon. Journey to Kings X was uneventful but then we were met by 'engineering works' so had visits to Victoria, Clapham Junction (lovely) and on to Wimbledon. Rail staff particularly unhelpful. Tomorrow will be a better day.

Less than 4 weeks to go now. Need to review what's still to be done so that we don't have a last minute panic. Still to book flights from Wellington to Christchurch where we collect our motorhome and we also need to organise some cash and US visas. Still plenty of time eh?
