Caught a 2 1/2 coach to KL yesterday, arriving in rain. Not having planned a place to stay we wondered around for about 2 hours trying to find a place nobody knew about. Eventually we found a very nice hostel near transport links, and with a lot to do nearby. It's a lot nicer than the place we stayed the night before. We walked around town in the evening and happened to meet up with a couple of people we met in our hostel in Singapore a few days ago, and they were staying right round the corner. It's a small world. Today we caught the monorail, the underground (it's fully automated) and a local bus to go and see some caves north of KL. They were huge and filled with monkeys! Everything is sooooo cheap. We have another 2 nights booked here then we plan on heading north.
